I would recommend this for all as I gave me knowledge of things that I didn’t know. The videos were easy to follow and they weren’t too long so kept focus

Most people just want to pass the assessment as quickly as possible but having to sit through a voice over really slows things down. It would be great to have a text-based version as I can read much quicker than an actor can talk.

The subtitles were beneficial for me, due to being hard of hearing. This has enable me to complete the course without any issues.
