This training video was actually going over what we all know to be true but more often than not fall into bad habits. It was very easy to relate to and watch. It just made you stop and think about simple things that will help you in the long term. Very good.
The course flowed and was easy to understand. Also informative.
It was good that the course was delivered through video and not reading off a screen.
