I enjoyed this course it was extremely informative due to taking lots of breaks and making sure posture is in line.
I found the course to be very informative and it has enabled me to correct my posture and to ensure that I take regular breaks throughout the day. It has also made me aware of my employer's responsibilities.
Very helpful with some good advise. Also, reminds you about your posture and spending time away from your desk, things you forget in a day.
This should be an annual training course for all DSE employees
This was mostly useless, most of this could have done on 2 sides of A4 rather that 28 side of stuff.
