This training video was actually going over what we all know to be true but more often than not fall into bad habits. It was very easy to relate to and watch. It just made you stop and think about simple things that will help you in the long term. Very good.

This was a useful unit. I knew about posture and so.forth but found the information about light sources and preventing eyestrain particularly helpful. You are right, too, to underline the importance of changing position and moving frequently.
