A useful exercise
An excellent course covering all the different ways to prevent muscle aches, including some useful stretches
This was very useful as we work hybrid now and this is the first time I have worked from home.
the course was a very good reminder of the use of the office equipment. A reminder of good posture, taking of breaks and the use of 20-20-20 vision. the presentation was clear and precise.
Very balanced course with great visuals and explanations. Easy to understand
The basic's are clearly presented and explanations given as to why they are important. Some things were new to me and particularly the 20-20-20 rule
