I've been using DSE for many years and it's easy to forget the basics. Already using some of the techniques but time and IT moves on and new potential problems arise, specifically text neck . Particularly found the stretching illustration helpful.

It was beneficial to have reminders of suggested posture and work-station etiquette.

Very good advice given. Having done something similar a while ago, it was good to have an update.

I enjoyed every bit of the training. The visuals, the presentations and the delivery were amazing. I'm happy to try all suggested steps and recommendations that tackles about taking breaks and exercises, and correct positions of my work from home equipment. It will surely help for a healthier work from home set-up. Thanks!
