All areas pertaining to the correct use of DSE is covered. It's surprising how easy it is to fall into bad habits whilst working at an office or home working desk environment. The course reminds us how important it is to be mindful of how we go about our working day using our daily tools. It also explains to us why it is important to do so.

Good step by step guide on setting up a workstation and the reasons this is important, and tips and tricks on how to keep a healthy work strategy.
I've been using DSE for many years and it's easy to forget the basics. Already using some of the techniques but time and IT moves on and new potential problems arise, specifically text neck . Particularly found the stretching illustration helpful.
