I gained benefit to re-visit the importance aspects of this course as a frequent DSE user. The short clear video clips were in a form which easy to understand, I found myself consciously checking and making adjustments as I went through. The test was a good sense check of knowledge learnt.

Interesting, well balanced - good range of video and short questions to keep it engaging.
I liked it, good to know how often we should take breaks and what kind of breaks, loved the 20-20-20 rule. I completed DSEs courses before but today i learnt new things from this course. Now i don't feel awkward in the ofice when i strech and move next to my desk as this is part of my day to day activity as a DSE user.
