The DSE training course was really helpful and offered practical tips on how to best look after your health and wellbeing when working with display screen equipment, both in the office and at home. The demonstrations on correct posture and placement of office equipment were clear and easy-to-follow, with useful prompts for checking your own setup.
I have found the course very helpful.It is showing videos and pictures,live examples to make understanding clearer. We learn what our responsibilities are what the employers' responsibilities are, i.e. eye test coverage. I had the chance to see my mistakes while sitting, working at the desks. I learned the basic criteria of how often breaks are , how to relax my body and eyes. Thank you for the useful video,well prepared.

Largely common sense content, and I just can't afford to spend 32 minutes on it. Needs to be half that duration.
It was well set out and not hard too follow. Made you think about what you need to do on a regular basis when using display screen equipment.
