There should be an option to skip the videos and take the test if you feel you have sufficient knowledge already, otherwise it's very time heavy.
Detailed, provides enough advice without being onerous. A few of the demo clips are a little bit cheesy but this keeps the training light hearted.
Very informative on potential issues which can arise from bad posture, lack of sufficient work space and importance of breaks.
