Took ages, didn't teach me anything new. basically just meant I had to sit still at my desk for an extra 30 mins staring at a screen - exactly what it recommends against doing. Could have just let me take the test to prove I already knew what it was telling me instead of wasting a good portion of my day?

Always good information to keep us up to date & informed what's best for our wellbeing regarding the use of office equipment (DSE)

Well presented and clear and concise. Ive worked in lots of workplaces and this course is probably the best i have had in regards to DSE.

Equipment broken and constantly told there is no budget so difficult to put in practice what video suggests. Screens don't tilt or adjust to be able to stand or sit, chair gas lift/adjustments don't work, cleaning supplies unavailable. This training was not beneficial and simply here to tick a box.

I found the course very helpful and easy to understand. The advice on posture and regular breaks from the screen were invaluable. As a result I have been looking into ways to raise the screen of my laptop to help comply with the recommended set up.
