very good, it reminded me what I should do every day while working on my computer in the office.
Long winded and a lot of common sense knowledge which really didn't need repeating over and over!
I found the course long and was aware I was switching off at times, but I did find I was correcting my posture throughout and adjusting my equipment which I don't think I would have done without the prompting.
