It has allowed me to revise and strengthen my knowledge around DSE
The series of small clips kept my attention and also compartmentalised each part of the training into achievable bite size bits. It also really made me think about the importance of keeping equipment clean and tidy both for physical and mental health benefits. I would recommend this course as it's simplicity is its key.

Although I liked the bite sized videos for each subject and the clarity and pace of the female leads voice, I felt the course was long and repetitive for the information it is designed to impart. 5 or 6 slides taking 10 minutes to read would have achieved the same understanding and not taken 1/14th of my busy day to undertake watching.

Some good reminders. Most just common sense.
