Really enjoyed the course it helped me set up my work area a lot better and adjust my monitor and keyboard correctly. I have also took the advice about my posture as i have a spinal condition.
Good course content acts as a reminder to keep taking break and makes you aware of your posture. Some of the end questions are not relevant for home working.
Instead of just listing recommendations and hazards, it really took the time to show the good and bad with experts. Gave exercises and tips for self-reminders, frequency of breaks, and details.
A clear and practical training session that not only reminds you of the benefits of a good work posture but also the importance of how we use our mobile screens and tablets everyday.
It hits all the right issues one might experience working with computer technology.

I've attended lots of DSE courses and they are often dry and uninteresting. Although 28 parts of this course seems like a lot, they are bit size chunks with useful information and advice. This course was interesting and easily digestable.
Easy to understand
Really informative but a little long and questions could be reduced to 10 to assess understanding.
