I found this course to be extremely helpful and informative. Following this course I was able to actually help my husband correct his working environment at home (as he has two Monitors), which were incorrectly spaced and placed on his work desk. Since the course I have also changed the height of chair I use when using DSE.

Was beneficial and reminds you the basics of DSE useage which we should all know but can get out of the habit of having breaks etc. Thought the course would be shorter as for 35mins plus was looking and concentrating at the screen - the course covers shorter focus on DSE. All in all good course as a reminder of the use of DSE.

A broad range of topics covered and only a bit repetitive. I didn't like the style of the two speaking presenters. Also was it really necessary to say that sitting for too long causes fatness? Seemed a bit judgmental to me.

The course was useful to remind me of bad habits that I may have. Although the certificate lasts for a couple of years, I would probably recommend it as a refresher course for people every year.
