A very in depth informative course.
An excellent course, it makes you think about your posture which we tend to take for granted.
Very good, not to long and I liked how it was broken down into small chunks of information with a video and talking and then summarised at the end of each topic.
Very good and easy to follow.
We tend to forget how important this is and this course just remind us how to look after ourselves, thank you!

Very informative, most of it common sense however easily forgotten and easy to slip into bad habits so good to have a reminder!
