A very clear, comprehensive and thought provoking course. I learnt many things I did not know and also it highlighted the importance of breaks, and how to maintain a good posture.
Took far too long for what is essentially common sense. Should be able to read instead of having to watch endless videos. It took far longer than the timings indicated and was completely unnecessary

An excellent course, it makes you think about your posture which we tend to take for granted.
Very good, not to long and I liked how it was broken down into small chunks of information with a video and talking and then summarised at the end of each topic.
Very good and easy to follow.
We tend to forget how important this is and this course just remind us how to look after ourselves, thank you!
