By the time it was finished I was more tense than if I'd sat with bad posture for a year!! It was so so obvious and patronising. A total waste of 20 mins - and that's the second time around. Teach us something new or useful.

Learned quite a few useful things I did not know.
I felt the presentation and the delivery of information was flat and uninspiring, I ended up just running all the videos silently in the background and just answered the questions from my previous knowledge.
Very thorough covering all aspects in an interesting a supporting way assisting understanding and learning. Very good.
