Information that relates to working environment but also interesting in a general capacity. The delivery was clear & pleasantly delivered. Useful that delivery was sectioned - if needed to pause easy to go back to.
Excellent, I learnt a lot!
As I said it was clear, concise and set at a good pace with enough breaks to allow the user to come back to it when called away to urgent work related items.
