Nothing can be added to this course in order to improve it. It is quite comprehensive, covering all aspects regarding haw to keep yourself healthy while using DSE equipment or how to keep your joints, feet, eyes, etc. in the best possible condition.
I feel the training session was important to remind you of the physical/mental issues when working with equipment, I feel more confident and will apply knowledge gained on daily basis.
