More focus on laptop/mobile phone use needed Course content was mostly linked to using old style computers which few people do these days. Also more advice when working from home would be more relevant in 2023

Really repetitive and 28 slides is a lot, could be more succinct and fun.
lots of little videos , found it difficult to focus. speakers were very monotone , again difficult to remain focused
useful i don't take enough breaks and i forget to blink and get headaches & sore eyes so this was useful to me.
Very good in making sure we think about the way we sit and to take short breaks throughout the day.
