Have done a few of these over the years and this has been the most useful one - have actually come out of it feeling like i have learnt something useful for a change! Would recommend
General principles are okay if you've never done DSE before, but doesn't cater to modern ways of working, where it's IT not your boss that typically deal with issues. Also working from home often means you have to deal with it yourself. My boss for example is 1000's of miles away, so I have to deal with my own IT Equipment issues. Also things light a 10 min Pilates course should be recommended rather than just stand up and a quick stretch.

This training session is easy to understand and practical for day to day work.
I did learn new things. It is a completely upgraded informative programme. Would recommend it to everyone.
