Content good but overly repetitive, I found myself tuning out as I don't need to hear the same information n times over.Also for those that have taken the course multiple time now, a slimmed down refresher course would be more appropriate.
I picked up a few good tips from completing this namely importance of ensuring equipment is clean and that I need to move and stretch regularly. I knew this already but a reminder is always good. Gave me permission to incorporate regular breaks into my working day without feeling guilty. I liked the bite sized chunks and it was very easy to fit in and complete.
