Overall a good assessment, enough context to keep me involved and engaged in the training.
I'm well aware of how I should sit, and the breaks I should take, but so often get so involved with what I'm doing and operate on the "when I finish this" basis. I'm going to make a conscious effort now to do what I'm meant to. And this course is what has given me that boot in the pants. Thanks!.
