Comprehensively covered all the basics of workstation set up. I was already familiar with a lot of the advice. I found the tips about microbreaks and the suggested workstation stretches useful. Even better if there was an option to view videos at 1.5x speed.
The course is timely as well as helpful. When you are busy at work you can often forget to look after your posture. All the tips were practical and more importantly there was some useful exercises can be completed at your desk. Thank you.
Gave me something to think about, in which I may not do very often.
I choose to do the DSE self assessment for home 1st, when I got the result for that I was not able to select office straight after. Am I missing something in my understanding that I should be able to do home and office DSE self assessments? Thank you.
