Great reminder of how much we should move while at work
A really good course, working from an home office environment, does not necessarily mean you have all the correct equipment unlike an office i.e. desks, chairs, correct lighting & colleagues for communication when needed & having a break. The course was very well laid out and easy to navigate right up to the test. 95% Happy.
