You've managed to make what could be a 5 minute course into something that does exactly what the course warns you of. I needed to get up a number of times so as not to fall asleep in the middle of the 28 videos.
Everyone using DSE should have this training especially for those working from home remotely and understand the importance and crucial of the good posture and eye breaks.It is surprise knowing that how often we should take a break for DSE user, 20-20-20 rule is a key.
