Would be beneficial if I could follow these guidelines, but the set-up at work doesn't allow us to do so.
I found this course covered absolutely everything. It was especially useful and apt for me as I have been undergoing a DSE Assessment of my workplace at my own request. The section on stretching exercises, good posture and position of the equipment in relation to glare were the most useful parts for me. I had been having bad headaches at work and I do not have a varied selection of tasks. This is probably the best DSE course I have taken part on ever.
An effective and useful collaboration of clips, making the viewer aware of potential health risks in the workplace. Offering solutions and advice in order to prevent or mitigate the effects. Short multiple choice answers in between the videos to ensure user engagement and focus. Overall a well constructed training course.
Very good. A reminder of how to protect our bodies when using a work station at home or in the office. I need to make sure that I take breaks more often that I currently do.
