training videos were really good and enjoyable to watch, learned quite few things I was not aware, definitely essential for all working people, highly recommended.
Good overview of DSE, highlighting areas we need to be aware - a good reminder on posture & taking breaks. Some questions on the test were worded awkwardly, but overall a fair overview of DSE.
It is always very useful to do this training so that we do not forget that our health is so important even though when we work sometimes we do not think about it.
