It would be good if the refresher training was not as long as the initial course

Enjoyed completing the training as it opens new avenues to things i had not though about before. learned quite a lot of new pieces & it was interesting to see how many items we should consider.

Testing feedback

This training is very detailed and covered all aspects of DSE training. All of use must go through this training as 50% of our time pass in front of computers, mobile phones, laptops, tablets etc., After going through this training I suppose shoulder and neck muscular disorders & problems will be reduced a lot. 20-20-20 rules is very impressive and helpful for the eye health.

Comprehensive and informative. I feel people do get into bad habits but refreshers are good.

Not useful in any way. I played each slide with the sound muted the entire time and didn’t even have to learn any material to pass the exam, as the answers are that obvious. Part of my life I won’t get back.

Very easy to complete, super helpful

Good course, but could do with a longer section on setting up a remote working workstation (e.g. details on laptop risers, docking stations, etc) and other considerations where an employer may not necessarily have control over the facilities available (e.g. at client settings).

Very clear and precise with good techniques to use daily.
