this was a good course to keep me updated and aware of how to have a healthy workstation and a good reminder to move and take breaks from the screen.
This course made me think about my posture when working in the office and when working from home. I found the stretching exercises to be very useful.
Majority of what is covered in this training is covered in Health and Safety for Homeworkers. Maybe there could be a way to combine these training modules into one.
