It was just what I needed to remind me of the importance of sitting correctly and how often one should take a break from looking at the screen & easy exercises I can do on a daily basis.
It's very clear how we should behave with the equipment and the breaks, as well as the assessment, which I thought was very good and comfortable for us to be honest and air our grievances.

Oscar winning performances all round. Can't wait for DSETraining 2 The Follow Up. Classic line "Remember to Blink". Spielberg could learn lessons from this epic.
Gained lot of information.
An informative and extremely well-presented training course. The content is presented in a logical order and the interface is easy to use and well-engineered. For some this may not be the most exciting subject but the relaxed and professional manner of the presenters made the experience very enjoyable.
Enjoyed the course, not too long and kept me engaged. Recalled a few points from the last time I took the course but very good to get a refresher to keep it as the forefront of your mind.
