I found the DSE course helpful as I was able to refocus my attention and check that my desk was set up properly. It also convinced me I need to take regular breaks and stretch several times a day. It would be helpful to be able to download either the stretching videos or pdfs of the steps for stretching as it's difficult to remember them once finishing the course.

Although this training was effective, it was far too long, ironically resulting in extended periods of screen usage. It would probably be better in bite sized chunks.
