VERY CLEAR AND VERY WELL PRESENTED
I enjoyed this training although I have completed it before, it served as a good reminder of how I should be sitting and my posture, the importance of setting up a work station, taking breaks and visual techniques to help keep me healthy at work.

Meetings do not allow for people to take a break so company demands 1 to 2 hours actual use & training for 20 minutes use & taking breaks - say one thing & do something else.
