A good course that was not to long. The videos were very clear with explanations that were easy to understand.
A good session which was informative enough without being too long.
Like all mandatory training, you never want to do it but this is useful and does contain good tips that are easy to follow, it's easy to understand and doesn't take a huge amount of time to complete so it's well worth completing.
A great training course explains a lot on how we should be always be aware of many things arounds us at work that can make u ill and sick with headaches and muscular stress and pain also you could go blind too. I would really advise all employees that work in an office to do this course

The training time could be reduced.
