the amount of info could have be delivered in 5 minutes. Painfully slow. Also very little understanding of remote/hybrid workers where eg 'contact your manager immediately' isn't going to solve anything. And, as ever with this sort of 'training' the questions are facile.
It helped me to make adjustments to make sure that I am not stressing or straining my muscles or eyes.
