To be honest, I wasn't looking forwards to do this when I received the invitation for the course. But I followed the suggestions and adjusted my chair and equipment and it actually improved a lot my posture. I'm writing this feedback at the end of my working day, and the pain on my neck and back is way less than usual. Thanks!

Very user friendly and in depth

The DSE training was incredibly beneficial, especially as I have been out of office work for some time. I now feel equipped with the knowledge I need to keep safe and comfortable at my desk. Thank you!

Good information but could be more interactive. More participation between videos as 28 are a lot to watch.

When at your workstation it is so easy to forget the "Best Work Practice" for your own Health and Safety, this short course is a great reminder to do just that, even writing on a couple of Post It Notes is a great reminder to look after yourself at work.

This course is very easy to follow and very informative. Most of it is common sense but it takes you through each section and it is very helpful, it brings your attention to things you automatically do each day but it makes you stop and think of things that you could do better to help you get your posture correct and overall well being.

Don't forget to blink!
