The training provides a great reminder and covers all aspects of DSE in a very engaging way. The videos are concise and interesting and give an excellent overview regardless of your current working environments. Great to see exercises and posture mentioned several times given the importance to prevent medical issues which you could become ignorant of, if not reminded.
Straight forward but important to remind/teach staff the best way to use the equipment to ensure we do not become stressed or strained
This course had me engaged the whole way through, I learnt everything I needed too in a fun way
