The DSE training module was extremely thorough, seeming to cover all areas of equipment and how to use them effectively. This will ensure many inconveniences are avoided.
Liked that the course is broken into chunks so can take breaks when necessary.

All obvious as to what 'should' be done with siting of desks etc, though difficult in environment where nowhere else to put your desk away from glare, noise, etc, when in an open plan office.
