Utterly pointless waste of half an hour.
Great course, it's amazing how you forget about maintaining good posture and simple things like the 20, 20, 20 rule.
A useful course bringing individual wellbeing awareness, important due to our extensive use of Display Screen Equipment.
Should be supplemented by a trained person in the organisation checking the ergonomics. No test required for this training in my opinion.
