Needs bringing into the 21st century.
This is a very useful course. It has prompted me to review my workstation for the better.
It is useful to be reminded of the importance of posture and setting up the workstation correctly and learning what the correct set up is! It is helpful to know what equipment you need to work in the best position and how one can help oneself with regular breaks and stretches, as well as keeping desk, screen and keypad clean.
The " display screen equipment " training section was refreshing also informative in a few areas. Interestingly it has made everyone aware how easy it is to slip into incorrect posture etc when work stations are not set up correctly.
