Most of the course was relevant and effective. One problem that I had was that the additional information links on stretching (page 23/28) did not work the first time I clicked on them - I just got a message saying "Sorry we are having a problem" (or something like that). When I tried again a couple of minutes later, both of the links then worked. However, I would expect that most people will only try clicking once and then skip to the next page. Another criticism I have is that I think there should be at least one video of a stretch that involves moving away from your desk - otherwise it gives the impression that stretches while at your desk are sufficient on their own.

An excellent course, well presented and easy to follow.
I dont think we need to do this yearly, like a lot of the H&S modules. two or three years would be better. Better to spend time on other courses related to our work.
