In this course there is some great advice to prevent repetitive strain injury, that could happen with you knowing about it. The teachings are all good and there's things in there that you just don't think about.
This training provided a useful reminder of best practice when working with computer equipment on how to maintain a good posture etc. The format of a series of short videos was good, with useful visuals and a good overall length. They did not dwell on bits which were common sense.
