I did enjoy the training and makes you realise how important it is when using the laptop and screen in the workplace.
great presentation on how to manage hybrid working and effective and healthy ways of working. reminder to look after yourself health and posture.
Generally a very good course. One section concerned me though, as follows: The course content notes that you should tell your manager if anything isn't working properly, with the other (incorrect) option being to try and fix the problem yourself. However, in the questions afterwards, the answer is to see if you can sort the issue and then tell your manager. This seems the obvious solution to me, because it might just be that a cable has come loose, or something similar.
