Having carried out DSE assessments whilst in the military for 24 years, its refreshing to see that these have been made digital. Its far more engaging for the user to watch this video and assess their work station area themselves than someone else coming along and doing it for them. This is time saving for everyone and any faults found can be flagged and sorted ASAP.
This course cover all the things you need to set up and work at a desk/ screen in an office environment. It also covers best practice o use the equipment, take breaks and adjust your posture to help you be comfortable whilst using the equipment.
It's good to be reminded about posture and taking regular breaks as it's easy to forget after a while

Would have been better if I had been able to skip things not relevant to me such as the section on pregnancy or standing desks.
