Good advice given, the DSE assessment afterwards did not take account of my varifocal lenses.
Great for bringing forward more awareness of your own workstation and help you to remember
Very easy to follow.

Good course, about the right level of detail and length. Videos were good being allowed to pause or go back with a useful summary at the end of each section.
It was mostly common sense and the delivery was very clear and concise.
I found the summary at the end useful.

The question during the training about effect of eye breaks is badly worded. The first answer was correct (headaches), so I clicked it. Then I looked at the next line, which was also correct; however, the system said I was wrong and wouldn't let me add the next line as well. When hot desking, the answers are meaningless as tomorrows hot desk will probably not be the same as todays. It's also guesswork when sitting at home answering about a desk you have not been to in a fortnight, but we've been told to say we are at work if we spend any days there.
