This training is far too long and irrelevant. You could have achieved the same results more usefully with a short pdf.
It is a useful refresher to get out of bad habits.. such as ensuring you do take regular breaks and move around. It is all too easy with the demands and pressures of work to not take the time to move stretch and change your position.
