This course was so long and so incredibly detailed that it was impossible to concentrate and listen to the key information. It wasted so much of my time that a simple checklist could have addressed with me able to watch the video clips if i needed more information. I suspect most people are running this video in the background and not listening.

As a primarily remote worker, I found this helpful, particularly the section on stretching and breaks and the tips offered were really useful. Most of it is common sense, of course, but the advice given about taking eye breaks was excellent and scheduling in regular periods of standing and realxing breathing were good. I'm cross that I got one question wrong (about the two screens - because I only use one) but will try and remember the guidance for future use.
