Instructions as to the correct posture in using DSE, the right distance between body and equipment, eyes strain causes and need for regular breaks for the eyes as per the principle 20-20-20; need to maintain equipment clean, to take breaks when one is not yet overtired; light should not be glaring or straight behind the working person; muscles should be let to relax. Brightness, resolution of screens to be adjusted and in parallel with any other monitor in use.

can we just have the training on Scania my compass as already completed DSE just a pointless exercise to be honest one or the other not both.
