The course is presented and structured well . Broken down into shortened topics make the retention of information easier and more effective than having to digest everything as a whole. The structure is well thought out , builds effectively and links back to previous covered topics very well to give you a well rounded knowledge and instruction.
A good reminder of not falling back to bad habits. I can feel the difference on using the correct procedure especially on posture, breaks, positioning of equipment, use of eye muscles and management responsibilities.

This is very good reminding how to feel stress free, position correctly at all times and things are not correct to raise this. The video is very clear and can understand it easily.
